Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if: • The item arrives damaged or defective • You received the wrong item • You received an incomplete order
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for worn jewelry, unless there is a quality issue.
Timeframe
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.
Conditions
Returned items must be: • Unworn • In original condition • In original packaging
Kassnia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item), we cover the return costs. • For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
You may exchange your item for another piece or another color/size if available. If the desired item is sold out, we can issue store credit or a refund.
